Bulking agent : maltodextrines, coenzyme Q10, gelatine capsule of plant origin (colouring agent: titanium dioxide), vitamin E, anti-caking agents : magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide.

1 capsule per day.

- 100 mg of coenzyme Q10
- 5 mg of vitamin E (i.e. 50% of the recommended daily allowance) per gelatine capsule : the accepted doses for effectively remedying deficiencies.

What is CoQ10 ?
The coenzyme Q10, also known by the name of CoQ10, is a substance similar to a vitamin, which is vital for the proper functioning of the human body. It can only function properly if provided with sufficient energy. It has been demonstrated that CoQ10 is the most important substance in energy production. With its antioxidant properties, CoQ10 protects our cells against the destructive effects of free radicals. It strengthens the cell walls and ensures their permeability to vital substances.

Making CoQ10*
Three different methods are used to make CoQ10: yeast fermentation, bacterial fermentation and chemical synthesis.

The yeast fermentation process results in a CoQ10 with an all-trans configuration, which means it is identical to the natural CoQ10 found in meat, fish and other products.

*Manufacturing quality criteria for this ingredient are stricter than those found in the European Pharmacopeia.
