Health benefits

Glucose is a vital energy source for the organism. However it becomes toxic when in excess. Insulin, a hormone produced in the pancreas, plays an important role in regulating blood glucose concentration (glycaemia). In some situations related to hereditary factors, ageing and poor lifestyle and diet (too many calories, lack of physical exercise) the insulin response and production may malfunction leading to an increase in the blood sugar levels. This increase in blood glucose levels is associated with an increase in stress and modification of proteins (glycation). In this situation micronutritional support can be beneficial alongside the usual treatments.

When is it recommended ?

Glycabiane provides ingredients that act together on the causes and consequences of insulin malfunction :
- ChalCinn® is a specific extract of cinnamon that helps to re-establish an insulin response
- Carnosine is an antioxidant that helps to limit the modification of proteins (glycation) and consequently their loss of function.
- Chromium is essential in carbohydrate metabolism and is in the form of Guanylor to improve its assimilation.

Ingredient information : cinnamon

Cinnamon contains numerous antioxidants as well as substances involved in the regulation of carbohydrate metabolism. Some active ingredients in cinnamon are in fact able to significantly reduce the concentration of glucose in the circulation. Chalcinn® is an active ingredient in cinnamon, resulting from PiLeJe research. It provides optimum quality of micronutrients that act on glycaemia
