Box : put 250 ml of water in the shaker, add the contents of two flat measures (i.e. 25 g) of powder. Shake vigorously for a few seconds.
Length of treatment: 14 day course at 25 g of powder per day

Sticks : 1 stick per day (25 g powder per stick). Put the contents of a stick in 250 ml water and mix.

Length of treatment : 7 day course of one stick (to be repeated).
