Potassium citrate (60%), sodium bicarbonate, potassium chloride, anti-caking agent : silicon dioxide.

Sprinkle 2 g per day on dishes, as a replacement for traditional table salt. Not suitable for people with kidney disorders.

K-Sel contains potassium salt in the form of citrates to limit the sodium / potassium imbalance and neutralise the acidifying effect, of a diet poor in fruit and vegetables. Escofine has optimised the taste of K-Sel by replacing sodium bicarbonate with sodium chloride (salt).

K-sel, the ideal kitchen salt : 
- for good health: source of potassium and alkalising power (organic acids: citrate and bicarbonate), it helps to reduce the Na/K ratio and neutralises the acid load
