This oil comes from the flesh of fish living in cold seas and provides two omega 3 unsaturated fatty acids.
The EPA/DHA ratio in this product is optimal. Between 0.5 and 2, it respects the official recommendations. Studies have revealed that the Inuit population, who eat large amounts of fish from cold seas, have very few cardiovascular problems.
